Haihui Environmental pushes forward with EPC projects during May Day holiday

During the May Day Labor Day holiday, Haihui Group’s key environmental protection projects across the country continued without interruption. From wastewater treatment to dust removal upgrades, and from conveyor belt installation to equipment mass production, project teams remained on-site, seizing the favorable window of opportunity to ensure that construction progressed smoothly according to schedule.

Decheng, Dezhou: Large-Scale Chemical Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment Project

Project Overview

In Decheng, Dezhou, Shandong, construction continued as usual during the holiday on a large-scale wastewater treatment project for a chemical industrial park covering approximately 76 mu. This is one of the core projects supporting the park’s green and low-carbon development.

Current Progress

A visit to the site reveals that several large-scale water treatment structures have already taken shape. The installation of key equipment, such as sludge scrapers, mixers, and pumps, has reached 60% completion. Multiple areas, including the North Zone biological treatment unit, the carbon-based biological wastewater treatment unit, the homogenization and discharge mixing tank, the ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis units, and the membrane concentration treatment unit, are currently under simultaneous construction. Thousands of pieces of equipment, such as high-efficiency sedimentation tank mixers and ozone generators, have been delivered in batches and installation has begun.

Project Significance

Upon completion, the project will enable the efficient and coordinated treatment of both high-salinity and low-salinity wastewater, significantly enhancing the centralized wastewater treatment capacity of the entire region. It will help safeguard the water environment of the Hai River Basin and provide a solid infrastructure foundation for enterprises within the park to achieve green production and compliant emissions.

Linyi, Shandong: Green Upgrade Dust Control Project for a Steel Enterprise

Project Background

In Linyi, Shandong, a green upgrade dust control project at a large steel enterprise is also proceeding in an orderly manner. This is a key supporting project for the steel plant’s ultra-low emission retrofit.

Scope of Coverage

The project covers three primary dust-generating areas: the coal silos, ore hoppers, and the iron-making plant.

Construction Progress

Currently, dust collection equipment in the coal silo area has been fully installed; construction in the ore bin area is proceeding at full speed; and preliminary preparations in the ironmaking plant area are also underway simultaneously.

Expected Outcomes

Once the project is fully operational, it will enable systematic control of dust emissions throughout the entire steel production process, providing strong support for this steel enterprise to accelerate its green and low-carbon transformation.

Jining and Zoucheng: Smart Conveyor Projects for Two Major Paper Manufacturers

Project Scale

In Yandian Town, Jining, and Zoucheng City, Shandong Province, smart conveyor projects for two large paper manufacturers are underway, involving 45 conveyor lines.

Precision Management

The on-site technical team has developed a highly detailed construction plan, scheduling tasks such as equipment positioning and track laying down to the hour. Construction crews are working in shifts with close coordination, ensuring seamless transitions between each phase.

Completion Rate

To date, the overall project progress has reached 40%, steadily advancing toward the planned milestones.

Beihai and Tianjin: Belt Conveyor Projects for a Major Paper Enterprise

Simultaneous Progress

In Beihai, Guangxi, and Tianjin, two belt conveyor projects for the same major paper enterprise are also accelerating in parallel. The Tianjin plant features 34 conveyor belts, while the Beihai plant has 38, creating a scenario of coordinated progress between the two sites, moving forward in unison.

Progress at Both Locations

Currently, operations at the Beihai plant are proceeding in an orderly and efficient manner. At the Tianjin plant, all structural drawings have been completed, and the workshop is conducting batch production of equipment in an orderly fashion. Overall manufacturing progress continues to accelerate, stockpiling complete sets of equipment for subsequent on-site installation.

Additionally, frontline personnel are working diligently to advance progress at construction sites for projects such as the conveyor belt project for a paper company in Yunnan, the ultra-low emission desulfurization and dust removal turnkey project in Jiangsu, and the dust removal equipment project in Rizhao.

Overseas Orders

Overseas, equipment supply and technical service orders for markets including Australia, Germany, and Canada have also entered a critical phase of fulfillment. All tasks are being pushed forward with full force to meet established milestones.
