As the project requires equipment to pass through tunnels, construction space is limited, and the installation demands high precision. The on-site team has refined the construction plan based on actual conditions and is systematically advancing equipment positioning and track laying.

Beihai and Tianjin: Paper Industry Conveyor Belt Projects Proceed Simultaneously

In Beihai, Guangxi, and Tianjin, conveyor belt projects for a major paper manufacturer are advancing simultaneously. The Tianjin site includes 34 conveyor belts, while the Beihai site has 38. Site surveying has been completed, and foundation inspections are currently underway to prepare for the installation of the main equipment.

Decheng, Dezhou: Chemical Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment Project

In Decheng, Dezhou, Shandong, the large-scale chemical industrial park wastewater treatment project undertaken by Haihui Environmental Protection has officially entered the construction phase with the arrival of the first batch of 37-meter sludge scraper components. The project covers multiple core areas, including the North Zone biochemical and Carbon-1 biochemical wastewater treatment units, the homogenization and discharge mixing tank, the ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis units, and the membrane concentration treatment unit. It involves over a thousand pieces of equipment, such as high-efficiency sedimentation tank agitators, sludge scrapers, and ozone generators, as well as integrated services including system commissioning, operation, and maintenance.

Linyi, Shandong: Dust Control Project for a Steel Enterprise

In Linyi, Shandong, a green upgrade dust control project for a major steel enterprise is progressing smoothly. This project serves as a key supporting initiative for the enterprise to implement ultra-low emission retrofits and advance its green, low-carbon transformation, covering dust control equipment in three primary dust-generating areas: coal silos, ore hoppers, and the iron-making plant. Upon completion, it will effectively control dust emissions throughout the entire steel production process, helping the enterprise achieve green, high-quality development.

Jiangyin, Jiangsu: Material Conveyance Project Enters Trial Operation

In Jiangyin, Jiangsu, the installation of main equipment for the nine material conveyor belt and belt conveyor projects undertaken by Haihui Environmental Protection has been completed, and the projects have officially entered the trial operation phase. These systems must span railways, the plant’s main thoroughfares, and four municipal roads, serving as core supporting infrastructure to ensure efficient material transfer within the client’s facility.
