【Group President’s Address I】
On How to Effectively Implement the “Master-Apprentice” Program
President Liu Wenguo put forward the following requirements on how to effectively implement and improve the “Master-Apprentice” program:
Enhance Awareness: Everyone must first understand the profound significance of “master-apprentice pairing” from a conceptual perspective; one must not merely focus on superficial aspects.
Diligence and Responsibility: Mentors must serve as truly qualified “guides”—that is, individuals who genuinely help newcomers grow. Here, “living up to one’s reputation” means “ensuring one’s actions match one’s reputation.”
Humble Learning: Apprentices must set aside their pride, learn earnestly from their mentors, and strive to become motivated and capable “successors.” “Motivated and capable” means “working actively and achieving results.”
Ensuring Accountability: Every step must have a designated person in charge to ensure that activities do not become mere formalities but actually yield tangible results.

【Group President’s Speech II】
On How to Leverage the Role of Model Workers and Artisans
President Liu Wenguo also put forward specific requirements for the model workers and artisans, instructing them on how to effectively harness the power of their role as role models:
Remain Committed to Responsibility: Be a role model with unwavering ideals and convictions. This means maintaining correct values and direction no matter what circumstances arise.
Be Bold and Innovative: Be role models who are courageous in innovation and pioneering. Do not be afraid to try new methods or take new paths.
Lead by Example: Teach others through words, but more importantly, set an example through your own actions. Be role models who can drive the growth of the entire team.
Be Diligent and Resilient: Be role models who can overcome difficulties and solve problems. Do not shy away from challenges and be willing to put in the hard work.
Continuous Learning: We must constantly acquire new knowledge and skills to continuously improve our personal capabilities and qualities.

Everyone must be of one mind and work in unison (meaning “unity of purpose”), fearing no hardship and striving with all their might.
【Immediate Goal】
Strive in the Second Quarter to Complete the First-Half Targets
He called on all employees to work hard in the second quarter of 2026 to achieve the goal of “half the time, half the tasks completed.” In other words, by the end of June, more than half of the annual targets must be achieved.
【Long-Term Goals】
Support the Group’s Recovery and Development; Complete the Seven-Year Plan
From a longer-term perspective, we must ensure the successful completion of all 2026 annual targets. These goals are intended to:
