SCR flue gas denitrification technology

Product Details
SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) is a well-established flue gas denitrification technology. A denitrification unit typically comprises an ammonia generation system, an ammonia/flue gas mixing unit, a reactor, a catalyst and a control system. It is situated between the boiler economiser and the air preheater, with a reaction temperature ranging from 320 to 400 degrees. Ammonia is diluted by the ammonia/air mixing unit before being injected into the flue. It is thoroughly and uniformly mixed with the boiler flue gas in the mixing unit and then enters the reactor. Under the action of the catalyst, NOx reacts with NH₃ to form nitrogen and water, thereby achieving the removal of nitrogen oxides from the boiler flue gas.
Process characteristics:
(1) Simple structure and high denitrification efficiency.
(2) Ammonia can be prepared from liquid ammonia or urea.
(3) For chemical plants, the ammonia station system can be shared with ammonia-based desulphurisation units.
(4) Easy to maintain.
