A high-quality idler support device designed to facilitate the replacement of idlers, comprising a swivelling idler bracket, a support member, a pin, a main body, an idler, a stop block and fasteners. The lower end of the support member is connected to the upper end of the main body via fasteners, whilst the support member is connected to the swivelling idler bracket via the pin. The swivel roller bracket is fitted with a roller. The swivel roller bracket is provided with a groove for rotation about the pin, within which the roller is mounted. The swivel roller bracket is fitted with a stop block to limit the swivel angle. The support member or the main body is provided with a pin about which the swivel roller bracket rotates. When the fasteners are removed, the deflection roller bracket can rotate through a certain angle about the horizontally fixed pin under the control of the stop block. The channel-type idler frame is a type of idler bracket. Advanced production processes are employed to ensure product quality. Channel-type idlers can remove dirt from the belt and provide the optimal effect of high force and low resistance for inclined belts. Double-section idlers reduce the pressure points exerted by the belt on ceramic idlers, whilst the hollow design of the idlers allows adhered material to fall off naturally without coming into contact with the dust-collecting idlers; both features help to extend the service life of the idlers.
