Materials
The roller tubes are made from ERW welded steel tubes, whilst the roller shafts are cold-drawn. Both the tubes and shafts are specifically designed for conveyor rollers. The shaft tolerances are controlled within -0.01 mm to +0.01 mm to facilitate bearing installation.

Cutting
Automatic tube-cutting and shaft-cutting equipment is used to ensure consistent lengths.

Internal Pipe Coating
The inner walls of our roller tubes are coated to prevent rusting and extend the service life of the rollers.

Shaft End Milling
Once the shafts have been cut, both ends are machined using end-milling equipment.

Tube End Boring
The tubes are machined using double-end boring equipment to ensure the bearing seats are concentric.

Shaft End Flange Milling
The critical dimension for the idler rollers is the flange distance; we use four milling cutters simultaneously to ensure consistent flange distances.

Bearing Seat Welding
Welding at both ends ensures the bearing seats are aligned in a straight line and remain concentric.

Roller Shaft Turning
Grooves are machined using a CNC lathe to ensure precision and a smooth surface finish.

Assembly
Bearings and seals are fitted to the roller.

Once assembly is complete, the roller is ready for inspection and painting.
