  1. Applications
    Due to their high conveying capacity, simple structure, ease of maintenance, low cost and versatility, belt conveyors are widely used in sectors such as metallurgy, coal, transport, ports, power generation and building materials to convey bulk materials or packaged goods. Depending on the requirements of the conveying process, they can operate as stand-alone units or be combined with other conveyors to form horizontal or inclined conveying systems.
    　　Belt conveyors are designed for operation within an ambient temperature range of +40°C to -10°C. For applications with special requirements regarding explosion-proofing, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, heat resistance or cold resistance, appropriate measures must be taken.
  2. Technical Features and Main Parameters:
    Belt conveyor belt widths are available in the following specifications: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200 and 2400 mm.
    　　Belt speeds are available in 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.0 m/s;
  3. Overall Configuration:
    The overall configuration comprises various components selected by the designer following the selection and calculation of key parameters based on the material handling process and other requirements, thereby forming a complete conveyor system.
