PPCS Series Pneumatic Pulse-Jet Baghouse Dust Collector

Product Details
The PPCS series air-box baghouse dust collector is a high-efficiency baghouse dust collector developed by incorporating technology from Fuller in the United States and drawing on the advantages of German dust collector technology. Combining the advantages of compartmentalized reverse-jet and pulse-jet dust collectors, this series employs high-energy cleaning and a compartmentalized offline cleaning structure. It features high cleaning intensity, fast cleaning speed, short cycle times, strong adaptability, high dust removal efficiency, and long filter bag service life. The emission concentration of this series of dust collectors can be guaranteed to be below 20 mg/Nm³.
This series of products is widely applicable to dust collection systems in cement plants, including crushing, packaging, silo tops, clinker coolers, and various grinding mills. When used for coal grinding dust collection, additional fire and explosion prevention measures must be implemented, and the dust collector structure must be modified accordingly. It is also suitable for collecting dust from gases with extremely high dust concentrations, such as grinding systems equipped with O-Sepa classifiers, where the dust concentration in the gas can reach 1,000 g/m³ (standard) or higher. When using this series of dust collectors, a cyclone dust collector is not required for primary dust collection. In addition to the cement industry, these dust collectors are also suitable for capturing exhaust gases from metallurgy, chemical processing, machinery, and residential boilers. The filter bags in this series are typically made of polyester needle-punched felt, with a maximum continuous operating temperature of 120°C. If aramid needle-punched felt (Nomex) is used for the filter bags, the maximum operating temperature can reach 210°C; however, this material is expensive. If the temperature of the exhaust gas exceeds the permissible temperature of the aforementioned filter media, cooling measures must be taken before the exhaust gas enters the dust collector.
Haihui Group offers customers outdoor-type dust collectors in a variety of specifications, consisting of different numbers of chambers and bags per chamber. This series of dust collectors can operate under either negative or positive pressure without any fundamental changes to the main structure, and the dust concentration in the purified gas is less than 20 mg/m³ (standard).
