Long-bag Low-Pressure Pulse-Jet Baghouse Dust Collector

Product Details
Haihui DFMC Series Long-Bag Low-Pressure Pulse-Jet Baghouse Dust Collector.
The Haihui Group DFMC Series Long-Bag Low-Pressure Pulse-Jet Baghouse Dust Collector employs a compartmentalized airflow interruption and offline cleaning mechanism, delivering high dust removal efficiency with emissions as low as 5 mg/Nm³, thereby meeting environmental emission standards.
The Haihui Group DFMC Series Long-Bag Low-Pressure Pulse-Jet Baghouse operates on an external filtration principle. When dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the inlet, the airflow is properly directed to ensure uniform distribution throughout the filtration chamber. Coarse dust particles in the gas fall directly into the hopper, while the airflow is guided by the reverse-flow system into the middle chamber, passing through filter bags equipped with metal cages. where dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bags. The purified gas then enters the clean air chamber at the top of the filter bag chamber and is collected into the exhaust duct for discharge.
The filter bags are cleaned using compressed air for pulse-jet cleaning. The cleaning mechanism consists of an air reservoir, blowpipe, and pulse valve. During operation of the baghouse dust collector, when dust accumulates to a certain level on the filter bags, the cleaning control device (differential pressure, timer, or manual control) activates a solenoid valve according to a preset program to initiate pulse-jet cleaning. This causes the filter bags to expand rapidly, shaking off the dust. The pulse-jet cleaning width and cleaning cycle for each collection chamber are automatically and continuously controlled by a dedicated cleaning program controller.
The dust that falls into the hopper is discharged through a discharge valve and transported away centrally via ash conveying facilities.
The main body of the baghouse dust collector consists of the housing, hopper, ash discharge device, support frame, and pulse-jet cleaning system.
Prior to commissioning, the baghouse undergoes pre-coating to protect the filter bags; during low-load oil injection in the boiler and the initial stage of “four-pipe” rupture, the pre-coating device is activated to spray powder into the ducts to protect the filter bags; the bypass protection system is activated during boiler ignition and oil injection, “four-pipe” rupture, and abnormal flue gas temperatures.
The baghouse features both online and offline cleaning functions, as well as an offline maintenance function. The dust collector is equipped with a filter bag leak detection device to monitor the condition of the filter bags, as well as online monitoring devices for temperature, humidity, and pressure differential.
The control of the baghouse dust collector (including cleaning control) utilizes PLC control. The entire dust collection system operates under automated, unattended control and can provide feedback to the plant’s main system while accepting remote control from it.
All maintenance and repair work is performed outside the clean air chamber of the baghouse, eliminating the need to enter the interior.
The low-pressure long-bag pulse baghouse produced by Haihui Group features a compact footprint, sound engineering, strong sealing, flexible operation, bottom air inlet, offline cleaning, offline maintenance, excellent cleaning efficiency, a fully enclosed filtration zone, maintenance performed outside the unit, convenient operation, and low operating costs.
