First paragraph: Construction in full swing in midsummer, with multiple projects progressing simultaneously
In the midst of midsummer, construction is in full swing. At the construction sites of Haihui Environmental Protection’s key projects, machinery roars and sparks fly from welding torches. From water treatment projects to ultra-low emission retrofits, and from the manufacture of intelligent conveying equipment to the fulfilment of overseas orders, each project team is focused on its objectives, making the most of the construction period and pushing ahead with construction in full force, with all tasks being steadily implemented in line with the schedule.
Part 1: Dezhou Chemical Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment Project
1.1 Project Overview
Construction of the large-scale wastewater treatment project at the Dezhou Decheng Chemical Industrial Park continues to gather pace. Covering an area of approximately 76 mu, this project serves as a core hub supporting the green and low-carbon development of the chemical industrial park.
1.2 Current Progress
At present, the large-scale water treatment structures at the construction site have been fully formed. The installation rate of core process equipment, such as sludge scrapers, agitators and pumps, has exceeded 80 per cent.
1.3 Construction Priorities
Key areas, including the North Zone biochemical treatment unit, the Carbon-1 biochemical wastewater treatment unit and the homogenisation and discharge mixing tank, are being tackled simultaneously. Over a thousand sets of process equipment, such as agitators for high-efficiency sedimentation tanks and ozone generators, are being progressively installed. Installation and commissioning work for the ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and membrane concentration treatment units is proceeding in an orderly and coordinated manner.
1.4 Significance of the Project
Upon completion, the project will enable the efficient and coordinated treatment of both high-salinity and low-salinity wastewater, significantly enhancing the region’s centralised sewage treatment capacity. It will safeguard the water environment of the Hai River Basin and lay a solid foundation for green production and compliant discharges by enterprises within the industrial park.

Part 2: Linyi Steel Dust Removal Retrofitting Project
2.1 Project Background
The green upgrade and dust removal project at a major steel enterprise in Linyi, Shandong, is advancing in an orderly manner across multiple fronts. As a core supporting project for the steelworks’ ultra-low emission retrofit, it focuses on systematic upgrades in three key dust-generating areas: coal silos, ore hoppers and the iron-making plant.
2.2 Progress in Each Area
| Area | Current Progress |
|---|---|
| Coal silo | Dust collection equipment fully installed, awaiting commissioning |
| Ore trough | Main dust collector installation completed; supporting pipeline installation underway |
| Iron casting area | All preparatory work being accelerated simultaneously |
2.3 Significance of the Project
Once the project is fully operational, it will enable precise control of dust throughout the entire steel production process, providing strong support for the enterprise’s accelerated transition towards green and low-carbon operations.

Part 3: Jining Paper Industry Intelligent Conveyor Project
3.1 Project Overview
Construction of 45 intelligent conveyor projects at the two major paper industry bases in Yandian and Zoucheng, Jining, has entered its final sprint phase.
3.2 Construction Organisation
The on-site technical team has devised a bespoke, detailed construction plan, breaking down key processes such as equipment positioning and track laying into hourly management intervals. Construction personnel work in shifts, coordinating precisely to ensure seamless integration across all stages.
3.3 Current Progress
To date, overall construction progress has reached 75 per cent. All installation work is proceeding steadily in accordance with the established milestones, and the project is about to enter the system integration and commissioning phase.

Part 4: Beihai and Tianjin Conveyor Belt Projects
4.1 Project Overview
In Beihai and Tianjin, the belt conveyor projects at the two sites of a major paper manufacturer are proceeding in tandem, with the northern and southern operations advancing in unison. Construction work on 34 belt conveyors at the Tianjin site and 38 at the Beihai site is being tackled simultaneously.
4.2 Beihai Site
All work fronts at the Beihai site are operating efficiently, with construction personnel now fully on-site carrying out equipment installation work.
4.3 Tianjin Site
At the Tianjin site, all structural drawings have been finalised. The workshop is operating at full capacity to mass-produce equipment, continuously accelerating the manufacturing schedule. This ensures a stockpile of complete equipment sets is ready in advance for subsequent on-site installation, thereby keeping the overall project schedule under control.

Part 5: Jiangsu Desulphurisation and Dust Removal Project
5.1 Project Overview
The construction of the integrated ultra-low emission desulphurisation and dust removal project in Jiangsu has achieved a significant milestone, with overall installation progress currently standing at 50 per cent.
5.2 Key Milestones
Previously, the overall hoisting operation for the large-scale dust removal equipment was successfully completed, fully opening up the project’s key construction route. This has effectively mitigated the safety risks and schedule pressures associated with high-altitude assembly in later stages, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of filter bags, pipeline connections, system integration testing and commissioning, and the on-time completion of the project.
5.3 Technical Features
The project employs an advanced integrated dust removal and desulphurisation process. Following the upgrade, the system will feature the capability for online filter bag replacement, with dust emission concentrations reducible to 1 mg/Nm³, which will assist the client in successfully achieving ultra-low emission standards and commencing operations.

Part 6: Rizhao and Other Projects
6.1 Rizhao Project
Construction of the local dust removal equipment project in Rizhao is progressing in an orderly manner, with overall progress currently standing at 38 per cent. Welding work on the housing units is being carried out in stages and by section on site, whilst prefabrication of the associated pipework is also proceeding at a rapid pace.
6.2 Other Domestic Projects
Several projects under construction in Yantai, Tianjin, Yunnan and other locations are also progressing steadily. Frontline construction workers are working with great enthusiasm to ensure that all key milestones are met on schedule.

Part 7: Overseas Markets
7.1 Fulfilment of International Orders
Turning to overseas markets, equipment supply and technical service orders for regions such as Australia, Germany and Canada have all entered a critical phase of fulfilment.
7.2 Brand Strength
All work is proceeding at full speed according to plan, continuously demonstrating Haihui Environmental Protection’s international service capabilities and brand strength.
Conclusion: The Summer Report Card
This summer, Haihui Environmental Protection has demonstrated its original aspirations through steadfast commitment and shouldered its mission through practical action. With boundless enthusiasm and a rigorous approach, the company is striving to deliver an outstanding ‘summer report’ on project construction, safeguarding clients’ green transitions and empowering their high-quality development.
