Product Details
Haihui Group’s air-cushion belt conveyor features air chambers positioned beneath the conveyor belt. A blower supplies pressurised air to these chambers, and the gas flowing out through the air holes on the chamber surfaces forms an air film between the conveyor belt and the chambers. This provides non-contact support for the conveyor belt, ensuring smooth operation and reducing running resistance.
Product Advantages
The loaded section of the belt is supported by an air cushion, which automatically centres the belt. This results in a low coefficient of friction, reduced drive motor power requirements, and the ability to adapt to varying conditions. It also reduces the need for maintenance personnel, extends the service life of the conveyor belt, and lowers maintenance costs, thereby helping enterprises to cut costs and reduce energy consumption.
