  1. Applications
    Due to their high conveying capacity, simple structure, ease of maintenance, low cost and versatility, belt conveyors are widely used in sectors such as metallurgy, coal, transport, ports, power generation and building materials to convey bulk materials or packaged goods. Depending on the requirements of the conveying process, they can operate as stand-alone units or be combined with other conveyors to form horizontal or inclined conveying systems. 　　The operating temperature range for belt conveyors is +40°C to -10°C. For applications with special requirements regarding explosion-proofing, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, heat resistance or cold resistance, appropriate measures must be taken.
  2. Technical Features and Main Parameters:
    Belt conveyor belt widths are available in the following specifications: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200 and 2400 mm.
    　　Belt speeds are available in 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.0 m/s;
  3. Overall Configuration:
    The overall configuration is determined by the designer, who selects and calculates the key parameters based on the material handling process and other requirements, and then assembles the selected components to form a complete conveyor.
