Russia's vostok port phase III coal transportation project - belt conveyor, bag dust collector and supporting steel structure export project

This project is applied to Vostok Port in the Russian Far East. It is used to receive coal transported by railway and transfer it to the port through a belt conveyor transportation system for loading large bulk carriers. Through a reliable conveying system, the port has a loading capacity of 3,000 tons per hour and a coal throughput capacity of approximately 6 million tons.

The flue gas purification requirements of this project are implemented in accordance with the special emission standards for atmospheric pollutants. The collected primary and secondary smoke and dust, after dust removal, should meet the emission standards of national environmental protection requirements. Design emission concentration ≤ 5mg/Nm3. This project includes the removal of steel ladle lining, tilting of intermediate ladle, air quenching, slag treatment, dust removal in the slag box area, and dust removal in the cutting area, and the installation of a set of dust collectors.
